PackedMemorySnapshot does not get the typeDescription for a struct field if the field is an array of the same struct
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. In the toolbar, select BugReport > Open TestCode Window
3. Click "Capture Memory" button
Expected: the snapshot contains all the fields that the code contains
Actual result: the snapshot does not contain nested struct fields of the same struct
Reproduced on 2017.3.0a1, 2017.4.16f1, 2018.1.09f2, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a11
2017.3.0a1 does not get any types at all in the snapshot
