PackedMemorySnapshot: "delegates" field missing in "MulticaseDelegate" type
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Click Mainmenu > BugReport > Open TestCode Window
3. Click "Capture Memory" button
- Observe the text does not contain "Delegate[] delegates;", but the source code does.
Expected result: "delegates" field should be displayed in "MulticaseDelegate" type
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b6, 2017.3.0p4
