[Packaman] Package Manager is fetching packages forever when trying to open Asset from Asset Store on newly created project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Make sure "Package Manage" is not open <- it should be not open when project is created
3. Got to Asset Store and find free asset eg. https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/environments/free-platform-game-assets-85838
4. Press "Open in Unity" button and allow to Open it in Unity
5. Package Manager opens
6. It is Fetching packages for a very long time.
-Nothing else happens until I refresh the list and and repeat 3-4 steps again
