[PackageManager] Package is missing from "Mobile" Feature Included Packages set
How to reproduce:
1. Open an empty project
2. Selecting Window/Package Manager and Features/Mobile
3. Expand the 3 Packages Included field and observe the empty element in the list
4. Press on it and observe the Console window
Expected result: there are no errors and there isn't an empty element in the list
Actual result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error appears
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a19, 2021.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2022.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a17 (Features are not displayed in Package Manager)
