[Package][Platforms Android] AndroidBuildGradleProject not passing set Max JVM Heap Size to gradle process
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project 'vr-playground'
2. Select Assets/Settings/Build/Debug/AndroidBuildConfiguration-Debug
3. Press Build and wait. The build should fail
Actual: Build fails (error in the edit)
4. Open the file AndroidBuildGradleProject.cs in the included package residing in the Packages directory
5. Rebuild, build succeeds
Reproducible with: 2020.3.13f1
Couldn't test other streams due to errors
