Package Managers Preferences and Project Settings panel dropdown arrows have no padding between their respective Labels
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open or create any Project
# Open the Package Manager via Window > Package Manager
# Make a change (e.g. install the 2D feature set under Unity Registry)
# Navigate to Edit > Project Settings... > Package Manager
# Observe "Advanced Settings" and "Scoped Registries" and the dropdown arrows to the left
# Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Package Manager
# Observe "Cache Management" and the dropdown arrow to the left
*Actual results:* Dropdown arrows are too close to their respective Settings panel Labels
*Expected results:* Dropdown arrows should not be touching their respective Settings panel Labels
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.15f1, 2022.3.41f1, 2021.3.41f1
