Package Manager's "Install package from git URL..." menu size matches the length of the Package Manager window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager -> "+" button -> Install package from git URL
3. Observe the size of the field
Expected results: The size of the menu is fixed
Actual results: The size of the menu matches the size of the Package Manager
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a3
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Doesn't affect the "Install package by technical name..." menu
