Package Manager texts get shortened when using a high DPI monitor/high scaling setting
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager and observe how the text looks (Norepro - not scaled.png, Repro - not scaled.png)
3. Change display scaling setting to 175%
4. Observe Package Manager and check how the text looks (Norepro - scaled.png, Repro - scaled.png)
5. Compare
Expected result: Text gets shortened correctly and fills the space efficiently
Actual result: Text gets shortened "too soon"
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b14, 2020.1.9f1, 2020.2.0b6, 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.0b13
