Package Manager - Tab is truncated read "Package Manag" instead of "Package Manager"
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Window > Package Manager
Actual result: The tab is cut and only "Package Manag" is visible. (mana.png attached)
Expected result: the tab should display full name or the name should be shorter ("Packages" for example).
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.1.0b6.
Note: In 2018.1.0b5, there is no Package Manager tab, just "Packages" window.
