[Package Manager] Release Details of Assets include HTML tags
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add any asset to My Assets via Asset Store (Standard Assets (for Unity 2018.4) was used)
3. Open Package Manager > My Assets and select the Asset
4. Expand and observe Release Details area
Expected result: Text does not contain HTML tags
Actual result: Text contains HTML tags (e.g. <p>)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
