[Package Manager] Invalid link on 'Read More' button in package manager under project setting window
Web Page shows "Sorry...that page seems to be missing!" on clicking 'Read More' button in package manager under project settings window
Step to reproduce:
1. Create a New project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Package Manager > Scoped Registries
3. Click on Read More button
Actual result:
Web Page shows "Sorry...that page seems to be missing!" on clicking 'Read More' button
Expected result:
Web Page loads successfully on clicking 'Read More' button
