Package Manager fails to show Mars upgrade availability
Synopsis
Users of earlier Mars versions do not see availability of Mars 1.5.0 in Package Manager. On the left side, there should be an arrow icon to indicate an upgrade is available. And the new version should appear when I enable the triangle drop-down button at the left edge of the window. And there should be an upgrade button near the bottom right corner. I don't know whether this is a bug in Package Manager, or a problem with how the Mars packages are built.
How to See the Bug
Open the attached repro project, or simply make a new 3D project and add the three packages for Mars 1.4.1.
Note lack of UI elements per Synopsis above.
Configuration
MacBook Pro Intel
Unity 2021.3.15f1
Mars 1.4.1

Resolution Note:
This is a known issue. MARS needs to become a verified Unity package before upgradability is available in the package manager. We are currently have this tracked as feature work.
