Package Manager error message popup is too small to fit the message
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Florp.zip)
2. Open Package Manager
3. Try updating Render-pipelines.lightweight package
4. Observe error message
Expected result: Error message popup fits the message
Actual result: Error message popup is too small to fit the message and it gets cropped
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0f1, 2018.1.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a3
Could not test with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.6f1
