Package Manager doesn't display the correct version of the downloaded Package
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Add the “Nova” Asset from the Asset Store to the project
3. In the Package Manager, click Import and wait for the process to end
4. Observe the version near the Package name
Expected result: The Package version is 2.0.0, as it was before the importing
Actual result: After the importing has ended, the displayed version is 1.3.1, although the 2.0.0 version is installed

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0a1
