Package Manager Dependencies text does not reappear after minimising and maximising the window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager window (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Select Built-in section
4. Select any of the modules
5. Select Dependencies tab
6. Minimise and maximise the window
7. Observe the text in Dependencies tab
Actual results: Text does not reappear when window is maximised
Expected results: Text reappears when window is maximised
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645), 6000.3.0a6
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a4 (53ab01ef978b)
Couldn't reproduce with versions: 2021.3.55f1 (No Dependencies tab), 2022.3.66f1, 6000.1.16f1 (Minimum window size does not allow to minimise until text gets cut off)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
Notes: Clicking on the text makes it reappear
