Configure button for Deployment service leads to an empty config window
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Unity project
- Open package manager (Window>Package Manager)
- Click on the Services tab
- Select Deployment
- Click Install
- Click the Configure button once it is installed
Expected result: the Configure button is disabled if not needed or a proper settings window is opened
Actual result: a blank window is displayed
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a4, 2023.2.0a23
Note: this feature had not been previously available thus is not treated as a regression
