[Package Manager] "Aborted Request" messages appear when Editor is launched with the "My Assets" tab open
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project 'Rock, Paper, Scissors.zip'
2. Observe the status bar of the Package Manager window
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Packages list is not loaded to the Packager Manager and messages "Server response is "Aborted Request"" appear in the Console window
Actual result: Packages list is successfully loaded to the Packager Manager and messages don't appear in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b1, 2020.1.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1
