[Overlays] Resizing Scene View hide floating overlays
1. Use 2021.2 version
2. Have some floating overlay (undock existing ones for test)
3. Take left of top side of scene view to resize it
Result
Resizing the view from these sides can hide the overlays
Excpected
Overlays never go out of the view and should be positioned by percentage of space remaining
Note:
Doesn't seem to be reproducible in trunk (2022.1)
