[OSX] Unable to select vertexes with Vertex Snapping
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project.
2. Add two Cube objects.
3. Select one of two cubes.
4. Press and hold 'V' to enable vertex snapping and try to select cube vertexes
Results: It's almost impossible to select vertexes on the right side of the cube. Also it takes enormous mouse movements to snapp this cube to another cube's vertexes.

Note: this is not reproducible on all OSX machines(more info description).
Reproducible with: 5.4.0b20; 5.4.0b12
Not reproducible with: 5.3.5p1; 5.2.4f1
