[OSX] Project selection window position is locked when it is opened while moving launcher window
To reproduce:
1. Launch Unity
2. Choose 'Open' option
3. Move launcher window until project selection window will be opened(gif attached)
Expected: when project selection window will be opened it will be movable
Actual: window position is locked
Reproduced on 5.5.0a6, 5.5.3p4, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.2.0a2
Not reproducible: 5.4.5p1, 5.4.5p2
