[OSX] Mouse pointer is not accurate when using color picker
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create UI image gameobject
3. Use color picker on any shape that has 2 different colors
Expected: the right color should be chosen instantly when arrow spike 'touches' it
Actual: arrow has to be moved a bit more on shape to pick the right color
Reproduced on: 5.5.0a6, 5.5.3p3, 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b6
Not reproducible on windows machines
Tested on: OSX 10.12.4
