[OSX] Crash on gpumInitializeIOData.cold.1 when baking lights in a Scene with Optix Denoiser
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the user-supplied project
2. Wait for the lighting bake to begin
3. Observe the crash
Expected result: lighting baking does not begin and the user is notified that the Optix denoiser is not available for their device
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a5, 2020.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0f2
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.14f1
Notes:
1. Reproducible when the Indirect Denoiser and Ambient Occlusion Denoiser are set to Optix in the Lightmapping Settings
2. Reproduced on macOS 10.15.1 with a Radeon Pro 570 4 GB GPU (Optix is only supported by NVIDIA GPUs and Windows OS)
3. Could not test with 2017.4 and 2018.4 since denoising is available on 2019.1 and newer streams
