Here's a workaround. The dropdown is broken in that the down arrow that opens it and the list scrubber on the right do nothing useful. But if you click directly in the field, the scrolling works and you will be able to scroll down to your country. I guess I kept trying the scrubber button and got no results.

I can confirm this bug - cannot get past the dropdown to use it on a Mac Pro running 10.9.3.
Please fix this!
