[OSX] Context menu of Component opens in the lower left corner of the display when the Editor is unfocused
How to reproduce:

2. Right-click on any Component of a GameObject in the Inspector
3. Observe the context menu appearing at the bottom left of the display
Expected result: the context menu does not appear or appears near the Component
Actual result: the context menu appears on the corner of the screen
Reproducible with: 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.3, 2020.1
