[MacOS] Right click on unfocused VFX Graph window opens the menu in the wrong place
When you have unity unfocused, right-clicking the VFX graph editor window on Mac will open a menu that visually looks different from the one you see when the window is focused. This menu also does not appear where the mouse right clicked.
This is not an issue on Windows.
1. Create a new project.
2. Install Visual Effect Graph through Package Manager. (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Create a new VFX graph asset. (Assets -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effect Graph)
4. Open this asset so the node editor window is open.
5. Change the focus of the window to an application that is not Unity. (i.e an internet browser)
6. Right click on the unfocused VFX graph node editor.
Expected Outcome: Window is brought into focus and the menu appears where you right clicked.
Actual Outcome: Window stays out of focus, the menu looks different than one you see when the menu is in focus, menu does not appear at mouse location.
Reproducible in 2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b7, 2018.4.10f1
Reproducible in package versions 7.1.2, 4.10.0, 4.3.0
Can't locate earlier unity version with VFX Graphs or earlier package versions.
