To reproduce:
1. Change desktop resolution to lower than default
2. Open repro project
3. Build and run scene
4. Play on higher than desktop resolution
Expected: there should not be any options to choose higher than desktop resolution
Actual: when playing built scene, window expands beyond the screen
Reproduced on: 5.6.3p4, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
