[OSX] [Bug Reporter] Missing text in progress window when clicking on it for the second time
To reproduce:
1. Open Bug Reporter
2. Fill empty fields and submit report
3. Click on progress window or main Bug Reporter window while sending report
Expected vs Actual: text should not disappear
Reproduced on: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b1
Tested on: OSX 10.13 Beta (17A291j), OSX 10.12.5
