[OSX] [APFS] No assets are displayed in the project folder on OSX 10.13
To reproduce:
Open any project on OSX 10.13
Note: project is opened properly when loaded from an HFS+ partition
Reproducible on 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0.b7, 2017.2.0.a2

Check if the path to your project folder contains unicode characters outside the US-ASCII realm and change the path to plain US-ASCII to see if this helps. (Yes, Apple should not have released a filesystem with this issue, even as beta.)

It would be better to have this fix as soon as possible. As 10.13 is officially released many developers upgrading to this version lose time because of this issue.
