Optix denoiser is selected even when no Nvidia card is installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a PC with an AMD card
2. Grab latest trunk (2019.2.0a11 rev 39ccc5e58255)
3. Open MonumentsAndObelisks project and notice that Optix is selected as denoiser
