Optimized Frame Pacing increases APK file size when Project is Built
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro”
2. Navigate to Player Settings > Settings for Android and disable Optimized Frame Pacing
3. Build the Project
4. Enable the Optimized Frame Pacing and Build the Project with a different name, to keep both APK files
5. Compare the APK file sizes
Expected result: APK file size stays consistent with or without Optimized Frame Pacing enabled
Actual result: APK file size increases by around 20% when Optimized Frame Pacing is enabled
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a24, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0a23
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
Enabling it adds additional library, so it's expected for size to increase.
Previously it was always included into player, even when not used.
