[Operator] Copy-pasting spaceable operators or blocks sets them always to local space
Repro steps:
1. Pick any spaceable operator (i.e. Transform (Position)) or spaceable block (i.e. Position (Circle))
2. Set it to World space
3. Copy-paste it
4. Observe how the pasted space is local
Expected outcome:
- Space to remain set to World
