"OperationException : SelectedLocale is null" error in the Console window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "Localization bugs.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "OperationException : SelectedLocale is null" error in the Console window
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.10 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.9 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7)

My Package manager doesn't show an update after 1.0.0-pre.10 and the bug is not fixed here.
