[OpenXR] Single Pass Instanced rendering distorted right eye view using Oculus Quest via Link and AMD GPU
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AmdXR.zip"
2. Connect Oculus Quest headset via Link
3. Enter Game Mode and observe right eye view in the Quest headset
Expected result: Both eyes render the Scene correctly
Actual result: Right eye view is distorted
Reproducible with: 1.2.8 (2020.3.30f1), 1.3.1 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a6)
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.36f1 (OpenXR plugin is not available)
Reproducible with device:
NA Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), OS: 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650
Notes:
- Only reproducible with AMD GPUs (Windows and macOS) – the issue also was seen on Nvidia GPUs but not all of them reproduces the issue.
- Might be caused by Single Pass Instanced mode sending incorrect data.
- Does not reproduce in Multipass

Me and my colleagues are all able to reproduce this on an NVidia GPU using Unity 2021.3.0f1 and either Oculus Link or Oculus Air Link. Putting OpenXR Rendering Mode on Multipass renders fine, putting it on Single Pass Instanced is inducing straight nausea. Image is fully distorted.
