OpenVR doesn't launch into VR if D3D12 is the primary graphics api
When I choose D3D12 for the graphics api the standalone won't start in VR mode. I did have D3D11 as the fall back API. I'd think if I have VR enabled for my project that would supersede the graphics api preference.
