Opening project opens 2 editors
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project (ReproProject.zip)
Notes:
Project is empty. User has attached with some assets, but bug reproduces without them.
Reproduces only with ReproProject.zip.
Closing one window will close another.
Notes 2:
Reproduces only on Windows OS.
Expected result:
Opening this project should open one editor window.
Actual result:
Opening this project opens 2 Unity editor windows.
