Opening multitasking window while playing video results in closed video, but not muted background audio
To reproduce:
1. Open project BugReport-VideoSuspend
2. Build and run on iOS
3. Hear the background music of the app
4. Tap the screen to launch a video
5. Double-tap the device Home button to show the multitasking window
6. Video is closed, but background music is now playing
