Open C# script tries to open Visual Studio but opens MonoDevelop while progress bar remains running
How to reproduce:
1. Set Visual Studio 2015 as your external code editor in Preferences and double click on a C# script.
2. A popup box saying "Starting Visual Studio" shows up, gets stuck and MonoDevelop opens instead.
