IndexOutOfRangeException and InvalidOperationException when logging XML string
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-89366_XML-Display-Issue“
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the error messages in the Console window
Expected result: Console log prints out a string
Actual result: Different errors appear in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b5, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4, 2022.3.55f1, 2021.3.47f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
