[URP] Opaque shuriken particles get incorrect motion vectors when the particle system has any motion
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "OpaqueParticleMotionVectorRepro.7z"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter PlayMode
Expected result: regions around particles don't jitter when using TAA
Actual result: background regions around the opaque cutout particles jitter when using TAA
Note: this is caused by URP currently relying on the motion vector fallback shader
