OnTriggerExit is not called when GameObject leaves Trigger through reparenting
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "OnTrigger.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: OnTriggerEnter and OnTriggerExit gets logged
Actual result: OnTriggerEnter gets logged
Reproducible with: 2020.3.1f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.0f1
