OnTrigger events aren't called when a GameObjects with an increasing scale collides with another GameObject
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game View
Expected: The cube gets deactivated when sphere collides with it
Actual: The cube doesn't get deactivated when they collide with each other
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a8
