OnRenderImage() does not apply image effects to render texture when using stencil buffer in Unity 5.5
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Play 'Main' scene
Expected: in left upper corner texture with another game view will be shown
Actual: white texture is shown, which size changes un-proportionally to the size of game view window(gif attached)
Reproducible on: 5.5.0a6-5.5.3p4
Not reproducible: 5.6.0a1-5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
