OnParticleCollision is not called on Mac, when "Limit Velocity over Time" is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Play the "Main" scene for a few seconds
3. Many blood puddle objects will be created
4. Stop Play Mode
5. In the Hierarchy, select Blood Stream object
6. In the Inspector, enable ParticleSystem->Limit Velocity over Time
7. Play the scene
8. No puddles are created because OnParticleCollision is not called.
