Only one of the tracks are affected when selecting multiple Animations tracks and Trying to convert them to Clip/Infinite Track
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "UnityTimeLineBug.zip" Project
2. Double click on "Example.playabledirector" to open it in the Timeline Window
3. Try to select both animation tracks and convert them to Clip by right-clicking
Expected Behaviour: Both Animation tracks are converted to Clips
Actual Behaviour: Only one of them is converted
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.2f1
Note: The issue is fixed on 2019.3(2019.3.0a1) and 2020.1 streams

Resolution Note (fix version 2019.2):
Fixed in 2019.3. Backport to 2019.2 is now closed. 2019.2 is no longer supported, update to 2019.3 or newer version.
