[OnFocus] Calling GetWindow inside OnFocus causes crash
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "GetWindowCrash"
2. Open "Assets/repro.cs" and notice that GetWindow<repro>() is called inside of OnFocus()
3. In Unity press "Tools/repro"
4. Observe a crash
