OnDrop is called after every OnPointerUp, even if OnDrag doesn't get called
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene
3. Press play
4. Click first cube
5. Notice that OnDrop is called even if OnDrag doesn't get called
6. Click another cube (IDragHandler is removed)
7. Notice that OnDrop doesn't called
