OnDemandRendering.renderFrameInterval causes Statistics window to flicker when value is set more than 1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Render Frame Interval Bug BRP.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Render Interval BUG" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Set the "Render Interval INT" value above 1 in the Inspector
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Observe the Statistics window in the Game view
Expected result: No flickering in the Statistics window
Actual result: Tris and Verts are flickering in the Statistics window
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1 (OnDemandRendering not supported)
