OGV video stream freezes during playback while audio works as expected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. In the root folder there's "vlc_stream.bat" file. Edit it to have a correct path to vlc player
3. Once that's done, open project and scene "StreamingVideoTest"
4. Run .bat file, wait around 5 seconds and run the scene
5. Video is frozen while audio plays as expected
Note: if the scene is run right after .bat file then video doesn't freeze and plays as expected
