[Oculus Quest Runtime v12] XR SDK Black Screens after sleep
Reproable in TestingGround, 2019.3.0f3 + Oculus XR Plugin 1.1.2, Quest runtime V12 (V11 does not reproduce the issue), OVRPlugin 1.41
1) deploy app to device
2) put device to sleep by pressing power button
3) wake device by pressing power buttonr
4) observe black screen.
