[Oculus GO][Gear VR] Build produces green or white bars at the bottom of the screen when UI element is focused
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "OculusGoAndGearVRTextInputBug.zip" and build it on Oculus GO
2. Observe the green bar at the bottom of the screen while UI focus being toggled on and off
Expected: focus does not trigger any graphical artifacts
Actual: focusing on input field results in green bars appearing
Reproduced in: 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproduced in: 2019.2.0a4
Note: focusing on null makes the green bar reappear on next Input field focus
Note: errors while testing in 2019.2.0a2 and 2019.2.0a3
